What makes Medusafilters so special?
Our filters are Made in Germany and are produced on our own machines in Heilbronn.
Thanks to breathable cellulose caps, they do not clog, do not scratch, and release no carbon dust β no comparison to classic ceramic caps.
Do your filters filter out THC?
No. Coconut activated carbon can bind minimal molecules, but the effect is so small that the effect does not noticeably change.
You get the same effect β just cleaner and more pleasant.
What are Medusafilters made of?
Made from the finest coconut activated charcoal, breathable cellulose caps and parallel-rolled filter paper.
All materials are vegan and are processed under fair conditions in Germany.
What is the difference between Violet, Rose, Sunset, and Organic?
All variants only differ in appearance β quality and airflow always remain the same.

Who can create a B2B account with Medusafilters?
Our B2B section is exclusively for headshops, social clubs, distributors and businesses that resell our products.
Private individuals can order through our regular online shop.
How do I register as a dealer?
You can register directly via our B2B Registration page.
Simply fill out the form with your company data, tax number and other details.
How long does activation take?
Activation usually takes place on the same business day, at the latest by the next business day.
Once your account is active, you will receive a confirmation by email β please also check your spam folder if the email does not arrive.
π° Prices & Conditions
When will I see the purchase prices?
B2B prices are only visible to registered and approved dealers.
Prior to this, no prices will be displayed in the shop.
Are there minimum order quantities?
No, there is no mandatory minimum order quantity. However, we recommend orders over β¬200 (international orders over β¬500) to qualify for free shipping.
Can I order samples or test packages?
Yes β we offer starter or sample packs especially for retailers.
Perfect for testing quality & assortment in advance.

How do I order in the B2B shop?
After activation, you can simply log in and order directly at dealer prices β 24/7, conveniently online.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay by bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, or invoice (existing customers only).
Can I buy on account?
Yes β after review and approval, we offer selected regular customers the option to purchase on account with 30 days payment terms.
How do I get my invoice?
You will automatically receive the invoice by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
It is also available for download in the customer area.

How fast is shipping?
We usually ship orders within 1β3 business days after receipt of payment.
Which shipping providers do you use?
We ship with DHL.
Larger orders or pallet shipments are sent via freight forwarder.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. For orders over β¬200, we offer free shipping within Germany; internationally, free shipping applies to orders over β¬500.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to some EU countries and upon request.
